My stay at this hotel had some ups and downs. The location is great for families, as it's only a 15-minute walk to Surfers Paradise and perfect for kids. However, the room I stayed in was a bit disappointing with some cleanliness issues. The service was generally friendly, but I encountered a frustrating experience at the bar. Overall, it's a decent choice for families, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
